Apricot ChocOATlate Protein Balls
Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons Quaker Instant Oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon protein powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon chopped dried apricot
- 1 tablespoon chopped dark chocolate

Procedure

1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Taste a small portion and add ingredients to adjust to taste.

2. Place mixture in fridge for 20 minutes for it to firm up.

3. Take mixture out of fridge and roll into balls. If the mixture is too runny, add more oats. If the mixture is too dry, add more water.

4. Once your apricot chocOATlate protein balls are formed, store them in the fridge for a convenient and healthy instant energy booster!
