Banana Oatmeal Pancake
Ingredients

- 1⁄2 cup of QUAKER Quick Cook Oatmeal  
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup of milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of vanilla extract  
- 1 teaspoon of baking power  
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil, for cooking

Procedure

1. Add all the ingredients (Banana, Egg, Milk, Vanilla Extract, QUAKER Quick Cook Oatmeal, Baking Powder, Salt) into a blender and blend until smooth, for about 1⁄2 - 1 minute.

2. Heat up nonstick frying pan, lightly coat with olive oil or butter and place over low to medium heat.

3. Once the pan is hot, add 1⁄4 cup of the batter to the pan. For each pancake, cook for about 2 - 4 minutes until pancakes slightly puff up with a few bubbles along the edges.

4. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on underside. Do lower the heat if your pancake is browning too quickly.

5. Serve the pancakes with fresh fruits of your choice and a drizzle of pure maple syrup or manuka honey. Enjoy!
