Healthy Oatlicious Granola Yogurt Fruit Tart
Ingredients

Recipe for 8 pcs (7 x 2cm tart mould)
- 1 cup quaker instant oatmeal
- 50g walnuts (or nuts of preference)
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 2 ~ 21/2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 3 tbsp honey

Fillings
-
Yogurt of preference
- Fresh or dried fruits of preference

Procedure

1. Blend oatmeal coarsely.

2. Chopped nuts finely (or blend together with oatmeal).

3. Mix oatmeal, nuts, pumpkin seeds with coconut oil and honey till well combined.

4. Press the mixture into tart mould.

5. Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes. (Adjust according to own oven temperament).

6. Cool and fill with yogurt and top with the fruits or nuts.

(Remaining mixture can be baked together with the tart shell and used as toppings)

Variations:
Savoury fillings such as tuna or salmon salads can be used as fillings instead of yogurt. It is up to individual preference.

Recipe is mainly for the oat tart shell which is easy and quick to prepare with, most importantly nutritious and yummy for everyday breakfast meal. Tart shell can be prepared in advance and kept in air tight container for use later. Fill up only when about to serve. Do not fill up in advance to avoid shell becomes soggy.
