Easy Guilt-free Goreng Pisang
Ingredients
  • 100g quaker oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 10g sugar

(this makes 4 goreng pisangs)

Procedure

This is a simple, healthy recipe that can be made under 15 minutes!

  1. Mash the banana with a spoon and mix with 70g of oatmeal and 10g of sugar
     
  2. Bring the mixture together with hands and shape it into rolls
     
  3. Coat the roll with the rest of the oatmeal
     
  4. Break the egg and separate the yolk and egg white
     
  5. Whisk the egg yolk and coat the banana roll with egg wash to give its golden brown colour when air-fried
     
  6. Air-fry the banana rolls for 10 minutes at 200 degree Celsius (5 minutes on each side)
     
  7. You can also bake the banana rolls for 20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius
     
  8. Enjoy your goreng pisang without guilt!
