Fluffy Oatmeal Pancake
Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100g all purpose flour
  • 70g Quaker Instant Oatmeal 
  • 1.5 tablespoon milk
  • Half teaspoon baking soda
Procedure

1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white. 

2. Mix egg yolk, oats and milk together. 

Add in the flour and baking soda and mix well. Set aside. 

3. Whisk egg white till stiff. 

4. Fold egg white into the egg yolk mixture. Fold well. Do not overmix. 

5. Hit up a saucepan with lid. Coat pan with butter. Pour in 2 spoonful of pancake mixture. 

6. Pour 1 tablespoon of water at the side of pancake and cover the lid. Cook for 2 minutes and then turn over pancake. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from pan. 

7. Sprinkle with powder sugar. 

8. Serve with fresh fruits of choice.
