No knead Seeded Oat Loaf
Ingredients

-750g bread flour

-200g instant oatmeal flour (blend 200g instant oatmeal with blender or food processor)

-2 tbsp honey

-3 tbsp flax seeds

-3 tbsp sunflower seeds

-2 tsp salt

-3 tsp instant yeast

-3 cups warm water

Procedure
  1. Combine flours, seeds, salt and yeast. Stir to mix.
     
  2. Make a well in the center of the mixture, add half the water and all the honey. Mix. 
     
  3. Mix in the other half of the water bit by bit into the dough. After you finish mixing, there should not be anymore visible flour.
     
  4. Transfer the dough over to a 16X9cm baking tin, cover with a Cling wrap and let it sit for an hour.
     
  5. Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius. 
     
  6. Baked at 180 degree Celsius for about 18-20 min until brown.

Note: This recipe can also be used for making buns, just divide dough into 20 portion. Take each portion and fold toward center of dough, turn folded side down on lightly floured surface and roll using circular motion into a ball. Reduce baking time to about 15-18 min at 180 degree Celsius until brown for the buns.
