Baked Oat Doughnut

INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup ground oat
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup honey  
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp peanut butter  
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- 2 tbsp oil  
- 100gr chocolate (melted)

PROCEDURE

1. Blend oat in a blender into oat flour

2. Mix all wet ingredients (egg, honey, peanut butter, oil) in a bowl

3. Mix oat flour, salt and baking in a bowl and then pour the wet ingredients

4. Mix well with spatula until like a thick paste

5. Put the batter into doughnut mould.  Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius

6. Glaze with melted chocolate on top
