Quaker Instant Oatmeal Cheese Tart

tart crust
- 115g butter
- 40g sugar
- 1 egg
- 180g plain flour
- 1/8 salt  cream cheese filing
- 125g

cream cheese
- 20g sugar
- 15g butter
- 1 egg - 25ml milk  
- 1 tsp flour
- Quaker instant oatmeal 50g + 30g melted chocolate


Tart Crust:

1. Mixed the ingredient well. Press it into the tart mould. Bake 180degc for 15mins

Cream Cheese filing:
1. Whisk cream cheese, sugar, butter until smooth follow by egg lastly by flour

2. Add chocolate oatmeal into the tart first then add in the cream cheese filing

3. Bake in oven for 15 mins in 160 deg c
