Rainbow fruits oatcakes wrap with Dalgano coffee (oatmilk)

INGREDIENTS

Rainbow fruits oatcakes wrap  
- 1 cup Quaker instant oat 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp orange zest 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 nos banana 1/4 cup promegrate  
- 1/4 cup blueberry  
- 1 nos tangerine  
- Mint leaves  
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt (mix with 2 tsp honey)  


Dalgano coffee with oat milk
- 1/4 cup Quaker instant oat
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp granule coffee  
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 2 tbsp sugar Ice cubes

PROCEDURE

Rainbow fruits oatcakes wrap  
1. Blend oat, water, orange zest and salt until combined. Let it settle for 5 mins to thicken.

2. Heat the non-stick skillet. Pour in a cup of oat mixture and use the spoon to spread them into round shape. Cook for 5 min. Then flip over and cook for another 3 mins.  

3. Keep the wrap in kitchen towel to keep them moist. Once cool, can serve with yoghurt mixture and fruits.  


Dalgano coffee with oat milk
1. Blend oat and water until mix well.  

2. Use mixer to beat the coffee, sugar and cold water until thick mixture.

3. Put ice cubes into glass.

4. Pour in the oatmilk

5. Pour in the coffee mixture.

6. Ready to serve.
