Steamed minced pork with Quaker oat and wolf berries

INGREDIENTS

- 2 Tbsp Quaker instant oatmeal  
- 200g of minced pork  
- 1/2 Tbsp minced onion 🧅
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic 🧄  
- 1 Tbsp soya sauce  
- 1/4 Tbsp pepper
- 1 Tsp wolf berries

PROCEDURE

1. Marinate minced pork with soya sauce, pepper, garlic 🧄 and onions 🧅  

2. Add in Quaker instant oatmeal

3. Set aside for 30 to 60mins  

4. Place the wolf berries on top  

5. On medium heat and steam for 12-15mins  


This dish is so easy and simple to prepare yet healthy and packed with nutrition. Simply delicious and Quaker oat make it a much healthier choice. Bon appetit!
