Black Sesame Chia Seed Overnight Oat
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Quaker Instant Oatmeal
- 3/4 cup Non Sweet Soy Milk
- 1/2 cup Blueberry
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Black Sesame Smoothie

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar

2. Refrigerate it at least 3 hours or overnight

3. Stir well and enjoy! Add your favourite topping (fresh fruit, cereal)
