Chocolate fudge protein Berry good oats
Ingredients

- 100gm Quaker Rolled oats
- 50gm blueberries
- 30gm blackberries and raspberries
- 200ml sugar free soya milk
- 1 scope whey protein (nitro tech ripped chocolate fudge brownie)

Procedure

1. Soak rolled oats with soya milk 30mins prior to eating.

2. Microwave soaked oats for 1mins30s, give q quick stir followed by another 35-40s till bubbling.

3. Mix in whey protein and additional water if required to a gooey consistency.  

4. Place berries in oats and ready to serve!
