Instant Oatmeal Cranberry White Choc Chip Cookie!
Ingredients

- 0.75 cup Quaker Instant Oatmeal
- 0.25 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8tsp salt
- 50g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 25g brown sugar (can reduce sugar portions for healthier cookies)
- 25g white sugar (can reduce sugar portions for healthier cookies)
- 1/2 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp of white choc chip
- 1/2 tbsp of cranberry (chopped)

Procedure

1. In a bowl, mix the instant oatmeal with all purpose flour, baking soda and salt.

2. In another bowl, mix the room temperature butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla essence.

3. Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients bowl in two portions and mix them. Do not over mix.

4. Add in the chopped cranberry and white choc chip and mix till even.

5. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and refrigerate the dough in fridge for at least 30mins.

6. Prepare baking sheet to line the air fryer basket.

7. Scoop up about 1 tbsp of cookie dough onto baking sheet. Air fry at 170degrees for 8mins and 165 degrees for 3 mins till golden brown.

8. Place the cookie onto a plate to cool down before transferring to a wire rack.

9. Serve the warm cookie with a cup of iced drink for a nice afternoon snack! Above recipe makes about 12 medium sized cookies.
