Glutinous Oat Ball
Ingredients
  • Quaker Rolled Oat 1 tea cup
  • Glutinous Rice Flour 1.5 tea cup
  • Water
  • Grind Peanut
  • Sugar
  • Goji Berries
  • Sweet Potato
  • Pandan Leaf
Procedure

1. Cook Rolled Oat with water for 5 minutes and set aside to cool it off.

2. Mix the cooked Rolled Oat with Glutinous Rice Flour and Water ,knead with your hand until a soft dough form and divide , roll into small balls.

3. Cook the balls with boiling water until they float on the surface.

4. Serve it with Honey Sweet Potato Pandan soup or Grinded Peanut with sugar and Goji Berries.
