Oaty Almond Cappuccino
Ingredients
  • 50g Quaker Quickcook Oatmeal
  • 30g raw almonds, soaked overnight
  • 500ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 shots of espresso
Procedure
  1. Add the almonds, oatmeal, water and salt into a blender and blend until creamy, around 1 minute
  2. Strain mixture using a nut milk bag or thin dish towel
  3. Heat the oat almond milk over a sauce pan until steaming and froth with a hand frother
  4. Prepare the 2 espresso shots and add the frothed milk
