Oaty Cheesecake!
Ingredients

-1 cup of toasted Quaker oats ( for base and topping)

- 50g melted butter

- Cinnamon powder

- 250g cream cheese

- 1 lemon

- 1 egg

- Sugar

- Flour

Procedure
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C
     
  2. Toast oats on pan for 2-3 minutes until brown and fragrant.
     
  3. Mix 3/4 cup of oats with sugar and spread at the bottom of cake pan.
     
  4. Pour butter on the oats and press down to make a base. Then bake for 10 minutes at 180 degree C.
     
  5. Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add egg, 2 tablespoon of sugar,  1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of flour. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Mixture should be smooth, light and airy.
     
  6. Pour cream cheese into cake tin and bake for 10 minutes.
     
  7. Reduce the temperature to 110 degree C when the top of cheesecake has browned and bake for another 10 minutes.
     
  8. Cool cheesecake and top with toasted oats, cinnamon powder and sugar mixture.
