Air-Fried Oat-Crusted Bananas
Ingredients
  • 6 small bananas, peeled (ps: pisang raja works really well for this)
  • 1.5 cups Quaker Whole Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg white
Procedure

1. Preheat the air-fryer to 120°C.

2. Blend 0.75 cups of rolled oats lightly in a blender until they appear like small flakes and set aside.

3. Blend remaining 0.75 cups of rolled in a blender until it becomes like oat flour and set aside.

4. Add cinnamon and brown sugar to the oat flakes (i.e. first oat blend) and mix well.

5. Coat each banana with the oat flour (i.e. second oat blend), then dip it into the egg white, and finally coat well with the out flakes mixture. Place it directly into the air-fryer. Repeat until all bananas are coated.

6. Cook in the air-fryer for at least 12 minutes, and open the basket once to give it a light toss.

7. When it is done, the bananas should be crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Serve it with ice cream!
