Mini Potato Cheese Croquettes
Ingredients
  • Potato,200g steamed and mashed
  • 50g oats
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 50g flour
Procedure
  1. Simmer potatoes in lightly salted water until soft
     
  2. Drain and mash and beat in mayonnaise and oats and shape mixture into 10 croquettes
     
  3. Put in flour egg and put breadcrumbs into separate bowl and beat the eggs and dip croquettes in flour and breadcrumbs
     
  4. Pan fry and serve
